Cumberland Family Medical Center, Inc. (CFMC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with community health center locations throughout the central portion of Kentucky. We are a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation, established to assure residents of our service area have access to high quality primary and preventative health services, regardless of their ability-to-pay. CFMC began in 2007 and has now grown to be the largest FQHC in Kentucky with 202 locations, providing complete Primary Care Services, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Oral Health Services, School-Based Health, Behavioral Health, Substance Use Disorder/MAT Treatment, a Pediatric Wellness Program, a Workplace Wellness Program, a 340B Discount Pharmacy Program, Outreach Services, local scholarship opportunities, and more.  CFMC continually strives to increase our service based on patient needs and in an effort to continually improve our quality of care to the highest level possible. As a result, we are actively involved with the Kentucky Primary Care Association (KPCA), the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), and the KY Health Center Network. In addition, we have received recognition through the National Council of Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH).
